It's been a month of illness which means not a lot of reading and yet I did read some great books. I'm trying to mix in some TBR books with some galleys and newer releases, which has been fun. Audiobooks have been really helping with the backlist as well. I'm definitely excited about the tv show based off of The First Time I Saw Him.

Sometimes year-end reading can mean reading a lot or a little and for me the end of 2025 was filled with some activities which meant less reading. I'm making some good progress with my January TBR and my audiobook focus is to tackle some of my older Net Galley books that are lingering. I finished The Naysayers by Liz Fenton and Lisa Steinke earlier this week and I'm so happy the dynamic writing duo is back. It's a really unique concept for a books and I really enjoyed it. 

My goal for the month is to post 3 reviews as well, so stay tuned to see which books I post.
